Born and raised in Messina, Italy, I was impressed at an early age by the vast range of regional and national food dishes. Soon I became prepped to feed the fever of foodism. Yearnig to earn and learn more, I moved to the U.S. at age 24. I was hired fresh off the plane to work at my first highly recognized restaurant and now I am in my 15th year of my professional career in the food and hospitality industry. Currently, New York is my haven, where I enjoy the astonishing world of catering, serving Insatiable EATS to the richly fed and highly demanding.
